TCC Wireless is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative in Beloit, WI. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly service and guiding customers through phones, plans and add-ons.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months retail or sales experience with strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across channels.
• Assists in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and clean work areas per standards.
• Assists with service activations, plan changes, upgrades and billing questions.
