Your Wireless is hiring a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Northport, NY. You will engage customers, explain Verizon products, and guide them through the purchase process to deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and customer service.
• Able to travel to locations within assigned district as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience, assisting customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon Products and Services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct and integrity.
• Develop professional skills for career advancement opportunities.
