Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Leesville, Louisiana is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join a fast-growing telecommunications team. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and help residential customers connect to internet, mobile, and TV services in-store.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail or telecommunications sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13/hour + monthly commission

Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Total Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance

Work Location: Leesville, LA (In-person)

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.
