Arch Telecom seeks a Retail Associate Manager to lead a fast-paced sales team in a retail environment. You will coach staff, perform customer interactions, and demonstrate devices and services to meet customer needs across in-store and online channels.

You will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience, building loyalty, and driving sales while developing team skills and operational proficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced sales environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous wireless sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead a team and train others.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Demonstrate the latest technology in-store with hands-on demonstrations.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Build relationships across channels to resolve issues and capture small business leads.
