Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty through demonstrations and needs-based selling.
• Perform in-store product demonstrations and side-by-side selling with tailored solutions.
• Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
• Develop relationships with customers and cross-channel partners to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
• Identify and hand off small business leads to maximize store performance.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high energy and a fun, customer-focused environment.
