Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach associates, and drive sales while maintaining store operations. You will own the customer experience, mentor staff, and manage daily performance and merchandising under the store leadership.

Ideal candidates have retail or wireless industry experience, a track record of meeting sales goals, and strong interview/staffing skills.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
