Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks an experienced Area Sales Leader to oversee 5–10 stores and lead high‑performing teams. You will coach Store Leaders, optimize operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across your markets.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will recruit and develop talent, analyze trends, and partner with HR, Operations, and Marketing to drive growth and local market engagement. A dynamic, hands‑on leader is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit management in telecommunications leadership required.
• AT&T experience strongly preferred.
• Proven record of leading retail sales teams in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Ability to motivate and maintain high-energy culture while ensuring accountability.
• Must be able to work 50+ hours per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Frequent travel between stores with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Store Leaders to exceed sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Visit each location regularly to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with AT&T and Blue Link Wireless standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent; build bench strength.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and Marketing to drive engagement and growth.
• Analyze business trends and execute plans that deliver measurable results.
• Support new hire training, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
