Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-person and online to complete shopping journeys.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services in-store.
• Suggest personalized solutions, including accessories and plans.
• Identify and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
