As a learning role, you will train with peers to develop skills toward a Mobile Expert promotion after completion. Expect a dynamic environment with comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and grow into Mobile Expert.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to continue their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of our latest devices and services.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond device and plan.
