Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will help customers navigate products and services, perform hands-on demonstrations, and tailor solutions to individual needs. This entry-level learning role includes in-store training and progression toward Mobile Expert.

Expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on customer care and product knowledge. Base hourly pay starts at $20.50, with $5 training pay and an annual incentive target of $18,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide a world-class shopping experience in-store.
• Demonstrate devices and services, educate customers, and recommend personalized solutions.
