Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with customers and have fun doing it.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers through their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate and recommend devices and services to meet individual customer needs.
• Collaborate with store team and other channels to resolve issues and generate leads.
• Complete new employee training and progressively develop skills toward Mobile Expert.
