Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Retail experience is advantageous for quick onboarding and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and solution selling.
• Utilize self-serve tools and recommend wireless/app solutions to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store processes, maintain knowledge of systems, participate in store operations.
• Demonstrate customer obsession, build rapport, capture referrals, and support pricing overrides when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
