T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You’ll interact with customers, demonstrate devices and services, and guide them through the shopping journey while developing product knowledge and sales skills.

In this learning role, you’ll complete new-employee training and grow toward the Mobile Expert position. Competitive compensation includes base pay, training pay, and potential incentives and stock benefits.

• Collaborate with team and other channels to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Learn in-store processes, systems, and resources to grow into the Mobile Expert role.
