Arch Telecom in Minnesota seeks an entry-level Mobile Associate to join our in-store retail team. You will learn customer service fundamentals while helping customers explore devices, plans, and accessories.

With hands-on demonstrations and side-by-side selling, you’ll build the skills needed for advancement to Mobile Expert after training. Ideal candidates bring a genuine customer-focused attitude, a willingness to learn, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and build relationships with customers.
• Willingness to work with peers and leadership to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in-store with demonstrations and selecting devices/services.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
• Develop relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and handoff small business leads when appropriate.
