Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our T-Mobile Premium Retail team. You will work with the Store Manager to create a high-energy sales environment, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive business results.

You will inspire and coach your team on the sales floor, analyze performance, and help coaching opportunities. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required; you should be able to stand long hours and lift

Qualifications

Management experience or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
Inspire and motivate the team by teaching and coaching on the sales floor.
Encourage learning opportunities within the team and analyze performance.
