Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Morgantown, WV is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach and energize your team on the sales floor, monitor performance, and implement training to meet and exceed targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
• Inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor.
