Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is hiring a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager in creating a high-energy sales floor that delivers outstanding customer service and drives business results.

You will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure goals are met while representing the Exclusive Wireless brand with professionalism on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
• You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.
