Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is hiring a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager in Bedford, PA. You will work with the Store Manager to foster a high-energy sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service and leading your team to achieve and exceed targets.

You will mentor staff, analyze performance, and ensure effective communication with leadership. Requirements include retail or customer service experience and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

• As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work with the Store Manager to create a sales environment with exceptional customer service.
• You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them on the sales floor.
• You will analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement to meet sales goals.
