Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store and Operations Manager in Altoona, PA to lead a sales team at a T-Mobile Premium Retail location. You will coach staff, drive sales, and manage daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail management and experience recruiting and developing teams, with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Achieve sales, profit goals and proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans.
• Market and advertise activities.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs.
