Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical/program management roles.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex RF/HW/FW scopes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to define RF, HW, and FW domains.
- Drive test procedure plans, cross-functional RCA, and corrective actions.
- Communicate status and actions to staff and executives concisely.
- Set technical strategy and schedule for on-time mass production.
- Lead new processes and serve as POC for internal teams and customers.
