Job summary

Tessco seeks a Program Manager for our Program Management Team in Hunt Valley, MD. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and own program support from initiation through close.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, driving performance, managing contracts and SLAs, and ensuring on-time delivery with 5–15% travel. Hybrid work available in Hunt Valley, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience.
• 1–2 years project management/sales experience in telecommunications/wireless.
• Ability to travel 5%–15%.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage people, process, and technology resources to meet program goals.
• Drive cross-functional teams to improve program performance and cost savings.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to launch and manage complex programs.
• Lead customer conference calls, weekly updates, and deadlines.
