Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ Project Management / Sales Experience in Telecommunications / Wireless Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience.
• 5% - 15% Travel Requirement
• Ability to professionally prepare presentations and present to customers.
• Ability to leverage AI and Advanced Analytics
• Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage resources for Program(s) to meet goals and improve revenue and margins.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive program performance and cost savings.
• Articulate customer needs within Tessco to drive ROI and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to launch and manage complex programs.
• Drive KPIs across functions to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and teams to achieve program objectives on time and budget.
• Identify and implement continuous cost-efficiency improvements.
• Manage customer conference calls, weekly updates, and deadlines.
• Be the lead contact for large customer accounts and partner with internal teams.
