Job summary

Tessco Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Program Manager to join our Program Management Team in Hunt Valley, MD. You will work with internal and external teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, own program success, and drive end-to-end project execution from initiation to close.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and optimize revenue and cost efficiency while upholding contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' Project Management / Sales Experience in Telecommunications / Wireless Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience.
• 5% - 15% Travel Requirement.
• Ability to professionally prepare presentations and present to customers.
• Ability to leverage AI and Advanced Analytics.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change.
• Excellent people skills, written and verbal communication.
• Strong sense of urgency balanced with fiduciary responsibilities to Tessco.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Effectively forecast and manage resources for Program(s) to meet goals.
• Drive cross-functional teams to improve program performance and cost savings.
• Facilitate process improvements and articulate customer needs to drive ROI and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to launch and manage complex programs.
• Drive KPIs to meet short-term and long-term objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations, including SLAs.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet objectives on time and budget.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance capabilities.
• Own coordination of customer calls, updates, and deadlines.
• Lead pricing initiatives, BOM management, and customer reporting.
