Job summary

Tessco is seeking a Program Manager for our Program Management Team in Hunt Valley, MD. You will work with internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and manage all program aspects from initiation to close.

You will build relationships with key customers, drive performance, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while aligning with Tessco’s value proposition and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management or sales experience in telecommunications or wireless.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to 15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage resources for programs to improve revenue and margins.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet program goals and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholders to launch and sustain complex programs.
• Drive KPIs and ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Own customer communications, status updates, and project milestones.
