Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing, deploying, and managing enterprise wireless networks.
• Expertise in Wi‑Fi standards (802.11ac/ax) and cellular technologies (4G/5G).
• Strong RF principles, spectrum analysis, and interference mitigation knowledge.
• Experience with network management systems and WIDS.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect wireless networks, including site surveys and RF planning.
• Implement, configure, and manage access points, controllers, and management tools.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity, and optimize signal and roaming.
• Develop wireless security protocols to guard against threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor wireless network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize signal strength and roaming capabilities.
• Develop and maintain wireless security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Stay abreast of emerging wireless technologies and standards, evaluating their potential application for our network.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing wired infrastructure and applications.
