Job summary

Amp l ix, Amplix is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to provide friendly phone support for wireless requests from its Ohio office. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with MDM support, process activations, and manage warranty replacements within a strict SLA.

Working with the TSS II and SrTSS, you will handle client orders, pursue process improvements, and ensure compliance with data security and PI policies. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle wireless requests from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide MDM support, activations, and warranty replacements.
• Maintain service levels with a 4-hour SLA.
• Follow data security and personal information policies.
• Assist with inventory requests.
• Support after-hours calls when needed.
