Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail or customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle.
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services.
