V Connect Solutions Inc is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team in New York, NY. You will engage walk-in customers, explain plans, devices, and promotions, and help customers choose the best wireless solutions.

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store sales experience, processing activations and upgrades, maintaining engaging displays, and hitting monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or wireless industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and deliver an exceptional in-store retail sales experience.
• Sell Verizon wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, and connected devices to meet sales targets.
• Educate customers on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon service features.
• Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
