Job summary

Pierson Wireless is seeking a Low Voltage Technician in Columbus, OH to install, maintain, and repair wireless solutions under supervision of Market Manager or Project Foreman. You will perform site walks, install cabling per drawings, and test with RF equipment to ensure proper installation.

Documentation is completed in our project management cloud. Travel may be required during a typical work week (Mon–Fri); weekend or night work may be needed to complete closeout packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience acceptable.
• OSHA 10 hour certification preferred; OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; clean driving record preferred.
• Fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred; low voltage installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs antennas and mounts equipment per drawings.
• Operates hand-tools, lifts, and testing equipment for installation.
• Provides completed test results evidencing proper installation.
• Maintains communication with market manager and supervisors.
• Documents work in Pierson Wireless project management system.
• Travels during a normal work week; some weekends/nights may be required.

Education
