Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. in Minneapolis seeks a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wireless communication solutions under supervision.

You will perform site walks, install and connect cabling, and complete jobsite documentation while following safety policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, OSHA 10/30 preferred, and experience with low voltage cable installation or fiber optics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 hr certified preferred; OSHA 30 hr preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install antennas and mounts per drawings.
• Install and terminate coaxial, Cat5e/6, fiber cables per standards.
• Perform tests and document results for installation verification.
• Maintain communication with manager and team; document progress.
