Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wireless systems under supervision. You will perform site surveys, run cables per drawings, and complete jobsite documentation.

Travel during the workweek, with potential weekend or night work to finish closeout packages or paperwork. Valid driver’s license and OSHA certifications are preferred. Competitive compensation and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• Low voltage cable installation and fiber optic fusion splicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install antennas and mounts per iBwave and/or construction drawings.
• Operate hand-tools, ladders, and test equipment safely for cable and equipment installation.
• Provide completed test results to evidence proper installation by contractors.
• Maintain open communication with market manager, supervisors, and subordinates.
