Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Highschool Diploma/GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to maintain required certifications.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

• Equipment cabinet placement and securing.
• DC Voltage (Power Plants, Batteries).
• Cable installation (fiber, power).
• Site maintenance and repairs.
• Trenching and conduit installation.
• Ice bridge and H-frame installation.
• Fencing installation.
• Aggregate road and compound construction.
• Foundation and slab construction.
• Site layout and clearing preferred.
• Excavation and grading preferred.
• Transport tools, equipment, cabinets, batteries, and materials using company vehicles and trailers when required.
• Maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and operational conditions.
• Complete and submit accurate documentation, reports, logs, and project records.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and federal/state driving requirements.
