Job summary

Mobile Management, Inc. is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to connect people with Lifeline and other affordable wireless services while representing Easy Wireless in stores and at events. You'll train with paid programs, earn weekly pay plus incentives, and have opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1+ year in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach events.
Enroll qualified customers in government-subsidized wireless programs (Lifeline).
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
Engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support for devices.
Operate mobile tents and booths—set up, tear down, and manage inventory.
Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.
