Mobile Management, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to represent Easy Wireless in-store and at outreach events. You’ll help qualified customers enroll in Lifeline programs while delivering friendly service and product information.

This role offers paid training, advancement opportunities, weekly pay, and benefits after probation. Outdoor work, customer interaction, and growth opportunities are central to the position.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• 1+ year in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet, data entry).
• Comfortable outdoors, able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Explain services, answer questions, and provide device support.
• Set up and manage mobile tents/booths and inventory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement.
