Job summary

Mobile Management, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to connect people with Lifeline services and to act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless. You will participate in in-store and community outreach events, enroll eligible customers, and provide helpful product information and tech support.

Compliance with guidelines is required. The role offers paid training, weekly pay, and growth opportunities, along with health, dental, and vision options after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet, data entry).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador in-store and at community events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline program.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Provide product information and tech support for devices.
• Set up and manage inventory for mobile tents and booths.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through engagement and promotion.
