Job summary

Mobile Management, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to serve as the face of Easy Wireless, enrolling customers in Lifeline and other government-subsidized programs while promoting essential mobile and internet services.

You will work in-store and at outreach events, explain services, provide basic tech support, and help meet sales goals. Training is paid, with opportunities for advancement and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach events.
• Enroll qualified customers in government-subsidized wireless programs (Lifeline).
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support for devices.
• Operate mobile tents and booths—set up, tear down, and manage inventory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.
