Job summary

Mobile Management, Inc. is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to connect people with essential wireless services. You will serve as the face of Easy Wireless at in-store and community events, enroll customers in Lifeline, and ensure compliance across standards.

You’ll have paid training, opportunities for advancement, and earning potential. The role supports outdoors work and requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet).
• Comfortable working outdoors, able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at outreach events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and related programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support.
• Operate tents and booths, set up, tear down, and manage inventory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.
