Job summary

Utilities One Group in Kent, WA seeks a Construction Manager, Wireless Services to lead wireless construction across multiple projects. You will supervise vendors, field crews, and schedules to deliver on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with Site Acquisition, Engineering, Permitting, and Operations teams, review progress, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement in construction efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience leading wireless construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and field crews.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of wireless construction activities, including mobilization, construction, equipment installation, commissioning support, and project closeout.
• Oversee construction execution for macro, small cell, DAS, fixed wireless access, roof tops and 5G deployment projects across markets.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, resource plans, and project forecasts.
• Direct and manage general contractors, subcontractors, construction crews, and in-house field personnel.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity through site audits.
• Ensure activities comply with engineering designs, codes, and customer requirements.
• Control project costs, change orders, material usage, and budget performance.
• Mitigate risks and drive timely recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Site Acquisition, Engineering, A&E, Utilities, Permitting, PM and Operations teams.
