Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an experienced Communication Systems Technician in the Madison, TN area to support our MSS division. MCA welcomes veterans and offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities include installing, programming, and maintaining complex comms equipment, restoring systems for critical customers, and collaborating with the team and customers. Travel and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of diagnosing, repairing, programming and installing mobile comms equipment.
• Team-focused with a passion to meet customer needs.
• Strong communication skills for end users and third parties.
• Willingness to learn new tech and be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and maintain complex communication equipment.
• Restore communications for critical customers (public safety, hospitals, utilities).
• Design and upgrade customer systems to latest tech.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and customers.
• Complete tickets properly and on time.
