Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, preferably wireless.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Work with Store Manager to build a positive, goal-oriented environment.
- Assist in hiring, scheduling, and supervising Verizon Wireless sales staff.
- Meet or exceed personal and store KPIs each month.
- Coach team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure location complies with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation standards.
- Support promotional activities and inventory procedures.
