About the Role

Mobile Generation, the fastest-growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest, is seeking a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable in our selling process, Verizon Wireless products and services, and that our retail location meets operational standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, scheduling, and supervising Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Help build a positive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented environment.
• Meet or exceed personal and team performance indicators monthly.
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure store operations comply with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation standards.
• Support promotional activities, inventory procedures, and other duties as assigned.
• Set a professional example for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or similar.
• Proven achievement in sales roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Willingness to travel across Midwest locations as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $70,000 annually, including salary, commissions, and bonuses.
