Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support daily activities and drive sales in a fast-paced AT&T authorized national retailer environment. You will assist with coaching, staff development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities include meeting performance goals, overseeing store operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, plus participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or wireless industry.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed on sales and operation initiatives timely.
• Assist store manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Develop and train team members to improve performance.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions by delivering outstanding service.
