• Input wire details into banking systems and verify account information.
• Confirm wire limits and obtain proper authorizations.
• Conduct callback verification for wires initiated by phone, email, or fax.
• Respond to wire research requests from customers and colleagues.
• Review, research, and resolve exceptions for both outgoing and incoming wires.
