Job summary

Customers Bank is seeking a Wire Transfer Specialist to support the Wire Transfer Department in a fast-paced banking environment. You will process wire instructions through Wire Transfer and SWIFT, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, monitoring queues, and ensuring proper approvals for outgoing wires. Prior Finzly/FIS experience and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of wire transfer or bank operations experience in a production environment within a Bank/Credit Union.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience using Finzly and FIS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee assigned wire transactions from all channels in a complete and timely manner and in line with policies and service levels.
• Process outgoing and incoming wires; monitor queues and post transactions accurately.
• Provide elite customer service regarding wire transfers and resolve inquiries.
• Monitor and review OFAC hits to ensure compliance with Financial Crimes requirements.
• Investigate discrepancies, communicate findings to management, and propose process improvements.
• Assist with Payment Operations reporting and ongoing branch/department support.
