Qualifications

• 0-2 years banking or operations experience.
• Minimum of high school diploma
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, both internal and external.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Demonstrates a strong team-oriented attitude, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Understanding of basic banking transactions and customer authentication.

Responsibilities

• Process routine domestic wire transfers (incoming and outgoing) using the bank's wire system, verifying against OFAC, and ensuring information is accurate.
• Verify customer instructions, callback requirements, and authentication procedures.
• Review daily wire queues for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan supporting documentation for record retention.
• Complete basic research and respond to branch/wire inquiries.
• Follow fraud prevention protocols and elevate irregularities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
