Job summary

Ctbc Bank Corp Usa in Los Angeles is seeking a data entry/operator to process all incoming and outgoing wire transfers, including Fed wires and SWIFT messages. The role requires precise entry and adherence to daily deadlines while coordinating with branches and departments.

Responsibilities include validating wire authority, maintaining logs, updating client contacts, handling inquiries, and performing research requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC skills.
• Wire transfer experience or banking environment experience is a major plus.
• Must be able to type 40+ wpm and work accurately to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement operation of daily Outgoing and/or Incoming wire transfers, return wires, and service messages.
• Validate proper wire authority for outgoing wires and perform wire entry/modification.
• Maintain wire transfer logs and branch/department reconciliation.
• Fulfilling record research, filing, and record retention.
• Update client contact information for wire confirmations and distribute confirmation notices.
• Assist in handling inquiries and wire investigations.
• Complete mandatory training on bank and BSA compliance and related laws.
