City National Bank in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Service Specialist to respond to complex wire transfer inquiries, provide status updates, and deliver an exceptional client experience in line with CNB's brand promise.

You will independently analyze, resolve, and process domestic and international wire transfers, escalate issues when needed, and stay current with policy, regulatory requirements, and new products. The role operates in a fast-paced call center environment with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of financial transaction processing experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations including wire/fund transfer.
• Exceptional communication skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and handle a broad range of complex wire related issues.
• Provide advice and solutions to internal and external clients.
• Resolves client complaints and improves the client experience.
• Processes incoming and outgoing wire transfer requests accurately.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
