Job summary

MidFirst Bank in California is hiring a Client Support Specialist to handle outgoing domestic, international and foreign wires, deposits, and related client service tasks. The role supports bank operations with accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in central operations or a wire room, strong customer service and teamwork skills, and the ability to follow procedures precisely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in central operations/wire room in a financial environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, including oral and written communication.
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment and achieve goals.
• Careful attention to detail and strict adherence to bank procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of bank wire transfer processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver services, to include, but not limited to deposit accounts, existing loans, fund transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and statistical information
• Process outgoing domestic, international and foreign currency wires
• Process central operations/middle office originated entries which require further processing within the bank
• Assist with review of daily Remote and Mobile deposits
• Monitor correspondent account balances to ensure proper balances are maintained
• Process third party vendor charges
• Prepare accurate reports required by the regulatory agencies related to wire transfers
