Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior banking operations experience.
• Experience with domestic wires; international/wire experience a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations (OFAC, BSA/AML).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing instructions and documentation.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn wire platforms quickly.
• Strong communication with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned incoming and outgoing wire transfer activity accurately and within deadlines and approvals.
• Review wire requests and related documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Perform or support OFAC/sanctions screening and escalate as needed.
• Monitor wire queues, cutoffs, pending items, and related exceptions for timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve wire processing errors or incomplete instructions.
• Coordinate with internal partners to complete wire processing and resolve issues.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of wire activity and approvals.
• Assist with daily balancing, settlement support, and wire reporting.
