• Process ACH files from MNBB, load stop payments and work on ACH returns.
• Load and process incoming and outgoing wires daily.
• Load wires on the wire log and process large dollar returns.
• Check account maintenance reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent the bank professionally and assist customers with inquiries.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures and provide cross-department support.
